Humanity needs new ways to meet the challenges of our times, and to find genuine meaningful connection with others. If these words resonate with you, please join us in developing a path of change and transformation.

Here at the Centre for Mindful Living (IC.CML) our ongoing OnlineLIVE Sitting Meditation Group Meetings are at the very Heart and Soul of what we do. Taking place 4 times a week, we offer Free Taster Sessions for anyone wishing to explore this friendly and down-to-earth group. 

We also provide Individual SessionsTeacher-led Mindfulness Retreats on the Isle of Wight, UK and our 8-week MBCT & MBSR Training Programmes.

As a long standing Affiliated Organisation of the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches – BAMBA, over the years we have also refined our Mindfulness Teacher Training Programme for those wishing to deepen and share mindfulness with integrity, to guide others in living authentic meaningful lives.
