OnlineLIVE

Our International Community aims to widen the circle of mindful living with easily-accessible and high-quality teaching. To bring this alive, we meet via the OnlineLIVE space.

The ever-evolving world of technology makes OnlineLIVE sessions much easier for everybody with access to the internet now.

These sessions take place on an interactive video platform called Zoom.
You can participate in sessions from the comfort of your own home and still engage in a lively, meaningful learning experience and exchange.

During group sessions, Zoom offers not only the possibility to meet with the whole group, but also for small break-out groups, which is an important part of our training.

You will require a computer with speakers, a microphone, video capabilities, and a high-speed internet connection. We recommend that mobile devices such as phones and tablets are avoided, when possible.

If you would like a 15min Zoom conversation free of charge to test the platform and to discuss our OnlineLIVE offerings please contact us to arrange.

Please join us at any of the following offerings:

If you are curious about joining our Sitting Meditation Group, you are welcome to join for a calendar month or more.
