How can we live with ease within the turbulent conditions of our world?
Susann provides a number of different offerings in the form of private one-to-one OnlineLIVE Meetings or in-person on the Isle of Wight.
Each of us is on a unique pathway through life. With every step taking us into unknown territory, sometimes we might enjoy the journey and at other times we might struggle. In times such as these, an Individual Session can give you extra guidance and support, in order to healthily address these challenges.
In a one-to-one session, Susann’s role is to enable you to apply mindfulness to your life, so that you can live with greater awareness, balance and fulfilment.
Health and mental health – with a greater understanding of how distress is created, held and replayed in our minds; these processes can be seen and transformed – we can realise new ways to respond to familiar situations, to support our well-being and the well-being of those around us.
Mindfulness training opens a space that enables greater discernment, wisdom, and responsiveness. With greater awareness of ourselves and how we behave to certain triggers, we can cool the fires of reactivity and respond to situations differently.
With intention, we learn to stabilize and harness our attention effectively. We access new ways of knowing and of being, both in practical and in conceptual terms, and learn when to access and use these methods.
