We invite you to join us for various Multi-day Events in person or alternatively with our Zoom OnlineLIVE platform.
Our Residential Events are held in the natural setting of the Isle of Wight in the UK, a stunning location for immersing ourselves in practice and in mindful living together.
If you are not able to join us in person, we would love to welcome you to attend a Multi-day Mindfulness Event online with us. With our easily accessible Zoom OnlineLIVE space, we hope to widen the circle of mindful living, by providing further opportunities to receive our teachings.
The chance to connect with others who also want to practice is a thing of joy and feels like an extra bonus.
I feel warmth, kindness, curiosity and trust is on show each time we meet. And it is all held beautifully together by Susann.

SUITABLE FOR NEW AND EXPERIENCED MEDITATORS.
Each day on this Mindfulness Retreat will offer a sustained schedule of formal meditation practice, instructions, individual meetings with the teacher and short inspirational talks on different subjects related to our mindfulness practice, as well as facilitation of a group inquiry process, all within an underlying environment of silence.

A MULTI-DAY ONLINE LIVE EVENT
Relational Mindfulness offers an opportunity to deepen our meditation practice in the place we most often forget it: our social interactions.
In this event participants will cultivate the natural wisdom of awareness while listening and speaking.
This dialogic meditation practice strengthens the ability to attune to one another, recognises the capacity for empathy, deepens listening skills and cultivates moment-to-moment awareness in all relationships.
