Full Days: Saturday 23.09. – Tuesday 26.09.
Evening Session: Friday 29.09.
Our lives are complex webs of social relationships and communication.
In all relationships, we find joy and tensions, appreciation, longing and suffering and a wish for things to be different.
In this event, participants will cultivate the natural wisdom of awareness while listening and speaking. This dialogic meditation practice strengthens the ability to attune to one another, reveals how to recognise your innate capacity for empathy, deepens your listening skills and cultivates moment-to-moment awareness within a relationship. Therefore, relational mindfulness leads to being more fully present and caring – with others and with oneself.
Based on the relational meditation practice of Insight Dialogue developed by Dr. Gregory Kramer, our practice utilises a distinct method of cultivating mindfulness, concentration, and insight. This method incorporates the six guidelines of Insight Dialogue (pause, relax, open, attune to emergence, listen deeply, and speak the truth) whilst in contemplation with a partner or group.
The contemplation topics are universal and can be found in each person’s experience.
This intensive event offers an opportunity to deepen our meditation practice in the place we most often forget it: Our social interactions.
The way the form is offered allows participants to have direct experience of pausing out of habitual patterns of reactivity while face-to-face with another.
As the contemplations are carefully guided and timed, participants are able to observe the mental and emotional habits that are usually lost in the flow of stressful or even pleasant communications.
As practice deepens, calm concentration improves and insight arises naturally.
The intensive event will include silent, guided and dialogic meditations, body awareness practice similar to Qi Gong and group discussions.
The Relational Mindfulness Intensive is open to all with a meditation background, including MBSR and MBCT graduates.
For our Relational Mindfulness Intensive, we will meet together using the OnlineLIVE platform Zoom from wherever you are based. All you will need is a computer or laptop and a reliable internet connection – all details and a link to join the call will be sent via email when you sign up.
If you’d like to have a Zoom appointment for a 15min conversation free of charge to test the platform and to discuss the Intensive, please feel free to contact us, we are very friendly!

Lao Tzu
It is always rich and sufficient within itself. You should not lose your self-sufficient state of mind. This does not mean a closed mind, but actually an empty mind and a ready mind.
If your mind is empty, it is always ready for anything; it is open to everything.

The peace I am thinking of is the dance of an open mind when it engages another equally open one.

As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
