Reactivity Means We Are Human!

Reactivity Means We Are Human!

There are times I’m sure that you feel like me, totally overwhelmed with life, confusion, distress and perhaps the guilt that it might bring. I bet that I am not alone with this and especially in the previous eight months, it is more than obvious for all of us. In addition, many of us have to deal with terrible personal things: serious illnesses, disruptions in the family, lost, death and often all these things feel impossible to deal with.

In these moments our ‘Wanting Things To Be Different’ is straight in our face!

NO PROBLEM!
Having reactions just shows that we are human beings.

Mindfulness is the invitation to engage in a practice of learning, how to respond and facing things!
We, as a mindfulness practitioner, wanting to be awake to our lives AND learning to be kind to ourselves when reactivity is showing up.

Please join our practice periods & discussions, which are grounded in the fundamental mindfulness practice of facing things & learning to be in alignment with the way things are.

COME, SEE FOR YOURSELF AND PRACTICE WITH US!
