Cancellation and Changes Policy
0.a ½-Day Events,1-Day Events, MBSR, MBCT
If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your booked event, we will refund your fee minus a charge of 15% (minimum of GBP 15) to cover our administration costs. We regret that cancellations 14 days or less before the booked event cannot be refunded.
If you wish to change your booking after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate you if you notify us 14 days prior to your booked event, and if there is space to do so. However, there will be an administration charge of GBP 15 per change.
0.b One-to-One Meetings
The agreement may be terminated by both parties with immediate effect. If the client terminates the contract, he has to pay for the agreed sessions. A reimbursement of the fee will not be granted.
If you wish to transfer your booking once confirmed, we will do our best to accommodate you if you notify us more than 5 working days prior to your confirmed appointment and depending on Susann’s availability otherwise it has to be paid in full. However, please note there will be an administration charge of £ 15.00 per transfer.
0.c Residential Events
You may withdraw your application 30 days prior to the event commencement date at which point you will be offered a refund of the Tuition Fee, minus a 20% admin fee. If you cancel your place on a course within 30 days of the event commencement date, no refund will be offered.
In the unlikely event that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the course has to be cancelled by us, we will refund any Tuition Fees paid to us by participants. Our liability is limited to refunding only our Tuition Fees. We recommend participants have adequate insurance to cover any cancelled travel or personal expenses.
0.d Annual Friends Membership
All memberships are a 12-month commitment. If the member terminates the contract, he/she has to pay for the period for which he/she opted. A reimbursement of the fee will not be granted.
