Free Taster Sessions

In the midst of all the pressures of day-to-day life, all the things that pull us and push us, our meetings are a time together to remember the intention that all of us have: To be present in our life!

 

Mindfulness means 'to remember'

Mindfulness has its roots in the Pali word ‘Sati’
and means ‘to remember’.

‘Taster Sits’ Free of Charge for anyone wishing to explore our Community Sitting Group and practice with like-minded people. Facilitated by our Guiding Teacher Susann Herrmann and Friends of our Community.

You are most welcome to join our Free Taster Sits, if you haven’t been with our IC.CML Community Group in the previous six months, for the following practice meetings in May:

  • Thursday 26, 7 – 7.30am BST
  • Sunday 29, 9.30 – 11am BST
  • Monday 30, 5.30 – 6.30pm BST
  • Tuesday 31, 7 – 7.30am BST
