Free Taster Sessions
In the midst of all the pressures of day-to-day life, all the things that pull us and push us, our meetings are a time together to remember the intention that all of us have: To be present in our life!
Mindfulness has its roots in the Pali word ‘Sati’
and means ‘to remember’.
You are most welcome to join our Free Taster Sits, if you haven’t been with our IC.CML Community Group in the previous six months, for the following practice meetings in August:
- Thursday 25, 7 – 7.30am BST
- Sunday 28, 9.30 – 11am BST
- Tuesday 30, 7 – 7.30am BST
- Wednesday 31, 7.00 – 8.30pm BST
