In the midst of all the pressures of day-to-day life, all the things that pull us and push us, our meetings are a time together to remember the intention that all of us have: To be present in our life!
Mindfulness has its roots in the Pali word ‘Sati’
and means ‘to remember’.
You are most welcome to join our Free Taster Sits, if you haven’t been with our IC.CML Sitting Meditation Group in the previous six months, for the following practice meetings in February:
Sun 25: 9.30 – 10.30am GMT
Tue 27: 7.00 – 8.00am GMT
Thu 29: 7.00 – 7.30am GMT
Wed 28: 7.00 – 8.00pm GMT
